Toned Butt Guide
So you wanna have a tone butt? Well, anything is possible no matter how ‘down’ you actually are. Fitness is key here. You can achieve a toned butt at any weight, but for best results its best to do some cardio (if you feel overweight). With that said, you need to go down before you go up.
Cardio Tips ¬†5 days a week:
Treadmill ¬†(30 minutes)¬†
Running ¬† (30 Minutes)¬†
Biking ¬† ¬†(15 Minutes)
Follow the above and you’ll see a great healthy weight loss quick. ¬†Add the above cardio to your daily regime. When you achieve your goal weight, you can slow down the cardio work to half what you were doing before. This is a great way to maintain your weight.¬†
Never eat past 8pm.¬†
Make Sure you eat and drink alot of fruit juice.¬†
Have a plate of ONLY GREEN’S a day.¬†
Make sure you eat nuts (almonds, walnuts,ect)
Stay Away from anything too sugary and any junk food (chips,sodas) ect.¬†
