How to get a tan: Naturally
Okay, so if you aren’t into fake tanning, then check out these tips below on how to get a natural tan:¬†
Fair Skin:¬† Don’t stand in sun for too long because you’ll get a really bad sunburn.
Olive Oil: Mix some olive oil with your tanning product to get faster tanning results.
Moisturize: Always hydrate your skin. The best thing that I do is adding water to a moist spray bottle and spray my skin when it gets too hot.
Feel: Don’t overdue tanning, if you feel the sun getting too hot to maintain then its time for you to get in the water or get away from the sun and cool down.
Face: Apply sunscreen on your face and wear a hat. If you want to get a sun tan you should forget about your hair. Leaving your hair in the sun for too long can cause major hair damage. So put your hair in that sombrero. Your face shouldn’t be too exposed to the sun. It will burn very quickly and if you leave your face in the sun for too much it can cause pre mature wrinkles. So always stay hydrated and sunscreen protected.
Body Lotion: Body lotion is a great way to speed up that tanning process.
If you get burned always put greek yogurt on the reddened areas as soon as you can. It may sting at first, but then the cool yogurt will sooth and repair skin.
