Most of us have a crazy sweet tooth. That sweet tooth may be holding us back from our dieting, or at least in our minds. If you are one to indulge in sweets and decide to start a diet. Then you have something that is sugary that day, you think that you have ruined your diet. So you stop dieting for a while and do the same thing all over again. I have a list of foods for you that will satisfy your sugary cravings guilt free:¬†¬†
Honey is fast to satisfy a sugary craving. I spoon and you’ll be good !
Fruit yoghurts can seem very sugary, but they’re really healthy.¬† One fruit yoghurt and you will be sure to be full of sugary sweets.¬†
Tangerines,Cherries, Bananas, and Strawberries are not only good for you, but they also taste very sugary.¬†
A granola bar is packed with healthy nuts that your body needs and some sugary surprises.¬†
5.Sugar Free Candy
Sugar free candy tastes like candy and isn’t as harmful.
Some pure fruit juice will be sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.¬†
Yes you get to eat chocolate! Believe it or not, its not that bitter. Diet planners recommend eating dark chocolate once a day.¬†
Popsicles are low in calories and will fill your taste buds desire to fruity sugar madness.¬†
9.Chocolate covered fruit
Chocolate or camel covered fruit only has the sugary part on the outside in a thin layer and a whole lot of fruit on the inside.¬†
Smoothies are healthy and satisfying!
