Reduce Skin Pigmentation
Skin pigmentation consists of freckles, uneven skin tone, and dark spots.
Here are some great remedies that will help you¬†reduce skin pigmentation:
Potato juice does a great job of lightening skin tone in darker areas.
Rub Onions on your skin. This reduces skin pigmentation and freckles. You can rub raw red onions on your face OR juice onions and apply with a cotton ball on skin.
Fresh squeezed avocado juice is a great remedy to reduce skin pigmentations all together.
Mix Half a cup of Vinegar and Half a cup of water. What I like to do is¬† use a cotton ball to apply some on my most effected areas. Then I just rinse my face in the mixture, but don’t wash it off with water after. Leave it one. This is a great and easy rinse to do. Almost every household has vinegar and Im sure you do to!
Yogurt and Chamomile:
Mix half a cup of Yogurt with 5 table spoons of chamomile. Make the mixture more pasty and less watery. This is not only a great facial soother, but it lightens the face tremendously.
All masks should be kept on for 15 minutes and washed off with cool water. Never keep something all night. Ask your doctor if your allergic to any of the foods above.
