Its not impossible to lose weight in 7 days. Here are some great tips to lose weight in 7 days:
1. No Eating after 8 PM
2.Honey Lemon Drink for Dinner
3.If you must eat a desert only do 2 times this week.¬†
4.Morning Whole Grain Cereal
5.If you have a snack in your day, eat a fruit instead.
6.Include leafy greens and vegetables in your meal.¬†
7. Eat fish 3 days in the week you will start this diet.¬†
8.Drink a glass of water before you eat.¬†
9. Have a warm glass of milk instead of the lemon drink for dinner if you want to switch it up.¬†
10.When eating lunch its best to get a smaller plate.¬†
11. Don’t do doubles! If you finish something on your lunch plate, don’t get it again.
12. Avoid eating bread and milk chocolate.¬†
13. Best to cook your food with olive oil as a replacement for butter.¬†
14.Go outdoors and do something fun!¬†¬†
