What you eat has a major effect on your face. If you eat a lot of sugar it can make you bloated. Eating past 8 pm will make you gain weight. Not eating in the morning can make you fat. Eating irregularly can make you get those chubby cheeks.
You need to have a schedule when you eat. Don’t eat whenever you feel like it. Be stable and eat at a certain time in the day. By doing this, you are letting your body know what to expect every day. This will boost your metabolism and help you burn fat faster.
Exercise is crucial to losing facial weight. Studies have shown that people who work out will get naturally sucked in cheeks. So exercise is not only for your body or over all weight, but it really shows on your face.
Hydration. You need to be hydrated at all times and the more the better. Drink those extra glasses of water.
What to stop doing
-Stop eating foods that are either too salty or too sugary.
-Don’t drink coffee. If you really really want to keep that weight off, this is a must.
-Eat berries of all kind!
-Make a healthy fruit smoothy to start off your day.
-Eat greens as much as you can.
