Free Foods Masks for Glowing Skin
That celebrity shine from Brad Pitt to Megan Fox is desired by regular people. Here are some great foods masks that will give you glowing skin:
1. Apples: Maintain Youth, Rich in anti oxidants, and Promote great health. Easy Mask: 1 Mashed apple, 1 table spoon of honey, 3 drops of chamomile tea.
2. Honey and Yogurt Mask. 2 Table spoons of honey and 1 cup of yogurt. Whip the mixture,apply on face, keep on for 30 minutes, rinse with water, and pat dry.
3. Cucumber and lime Mask. 1. table spoon of cucumber juice, 1 teaspoon of line juice, and one table spoon of turmeric. Mix the ingredients apply on face,leave for 20 minutes, and wash off with cool water. Great for oily skin.
4. Orange and Yogurt Mask. 1 dried orange peel and 2 table spoons of yogurt. Mix the two ingredients together in a blender and apply on face. Leave mask on for 15 minutes and rinse face with cold water.
5.Milk and Almond Mask.¬† Half a cup of milk, 1 table spoon of almond oil, 1 table spoon of honey,and 1 table spoon of lemon juice. Mix the ingredients together and apply the mixture on face. If it gets to watery, you can use a cotton ball to apply it.
Great for dry skin.
