In order to achieve perfect skin, nails, or hair you need to do something on a daily basis. Nothing is zapped to beauty perfection over night. Things take time and consistency. Below I have a list of Daily Beauty Tips that you need to every day.
Never go a day without moisturizing your face or body. Moisturizing only does good as it promotes hydration to skin.
Whether your goal is to have great hair,skin, or both you need to do those beauty remedies at least 3 times a month.
Exfoliating removes dead skin cells and prevents pores from clogging and causes breakouts. If you have really dry skin and are worried that exfoliating may redden or irritate your skin, then its best to exfoliate 2 times a week.
Like Cameron Diaz, you need to keep your body hydrated internally. So make sure you have those extra glasses of water each day.
5. Eat your Fruits and Veggies
A protein shake will never be as natural as eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
6. Maintain your Stress and Increase your Exercise.
Stop stressing over things and let yourself be happy. Find something to do or someone to talk to.¬† Exercise can also lower stress levels and give you a great toned and healthy body.
